Our group is working on synthesis of new smart materials and their integration in to electronic and photonic devices. We would like to understand and engineer electronic and optical responses of emerging quantum materials. We are particularly interested in integration of nano-electronics with 2-dimensional nanomaterials to achieve new functionalities. We also develop multidisciplinary scale-able approaches to build new integrated hybrid systems.
