Our group is working on synthesis of new quantum materials and their integration in to electronic and photonic devices. We would like to understand and engineer electronic and optical responses of emerging quantum materials. We also develop multidisciplinary system-level approaches to build new integrated hybrid systems. We are particularly interested in integration of nano-electronics with microfluidic systems, integrated optics/plasmonics systems, and macro-electronic circuits.
