WP6: Resource Management and Strategic Partnerships

Objectives

To identify European research institutions for strategic partnerships, to establish formal strategic partnerships with selected institutions for joint research projects.

Description

Task 1:

A full list of institutions throughout Europe will be made and strengths and weaknesses of each identified. Target institutions will be selected.

Task 2:

Establish links throughout exchange visits of experts to identify research topics of common interest.

Task 3:

Sign a formal strategic cooperation agreement with the institution at the administrative level for a three year period that would cover exchange visits, setting up training programs, conducting joint workshops and writing and conducting joint projects for research.

Activities
