Registration Fee
Registration fees are determined as follows:

Registration fee should be transferred to one the following accounts. If you want to transfer the fee in a currency other than EUR, you should transfer exchange value of the fee.

Financial Support
Financial support will be provided to a limited number of qualified applicants.
Accomodation
On-campus accomodation will be provided at student dormitories and lodges.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your application anytime before the event. However, only cancellations which are done before January 1st, 2010 will be reimbursed with 50% of the total fee. Cancellations after this date will not be reimbursed.
In order to cancel your application you have to send an e-mail to ogun@fen.bilkent.edu.tr with subject of APPLICATION CANCELLATION. In this mail you have to provide YOUR PASSWORD, YOUR NAME, YOUR INSTITUTION, and YOUR PHONE. Any other emails will be ignored.
