You can use upload page to upload required files at any time before deadlines. The upload page can be used to submit the conference abstract, recommendation letters for the school particiants and bank deposit invoices.

Registration for the events and deadlines
Note the change in the deadlines!:
The deadline for registration and application is June/20/2011 both for the school and the conference part.
The deadline for abstract submission is June/24/2011. Please visit the "Proceedings" page for information about the proceedings.
There are two types of registration for this event. You can either register as a student or as an academic researcher.
If you are a student, you are asked to provide two recommendations letters by using upload page, one of which is from your advisor, and upload them after you register the event.
All registrants have to deposit the appropriate amount of participation fee:
- Conference participants: 200€
- School participants: 100€
- Companions of the participants: 100€
Also there will be two options of excursions with the fees (approximate amounts) as follows:
- Excursion - Option 1: 12€ (Boat Trip + lunch)
- Excursion - Option 2: 20€ (Boat Trip + Scuba Diving + lunch)
Options for the excursions will be available later. Excursion fees will be charged depending on your choice at the meeting and there is no need for advanced payment.
General information about the expenses and payments
National and international applicants to the school part, have to apply by filling our appropriate application forms for national and international applications. These forms are available in the "Registration" part in these web pages.
Successful national applicants' accomodational expenses in the school and the conference parts will be covered by the International Advanced Research School Project for their stay in the ITAP guest house. The support covers three meals a day and housing in double or triple rooms.
We are unable to cover the accomodational expenses of the international participants. Information about the accomodation for those participants who pay their own expenses are provided in the venue part in these pages.
No support is provided for the travel of national or international participants.
