Academic Story

I was born on  29/12/1978 in Mersin, Turkey. I received B.S. and M.S. degree in Physics from Bilkent University in 2001, 2004 respectively. I have been working with Prof. Ekmel Ozbay on GaN based Photodetectors at Nanotechnology Research Center and Advanced Research Laboratory in Bilkent University.

My research Interests Include design, fabrication and characterization of solar-blind GaN based MSM, Schottky, Pin, avalanche type photodetectors.
