General Course Information:
You should come to the lectures having read the corresponding material from your textbook; this will make it easier and more fun to follow the lectures.
You will be given a quiz on most days. The quiz will consist of a single, simple problem designed to test your basic comprehension of either that day's lecture or the previous lecture. The quizes will double-serve as attendance sheets. Homeworks will be assigned electronically or from this webpage, so make sure you check your email often. Typically, the homework assignment will be due in one week. Please place all homework on the desk in the lecture hall before the lecture begins. The homework must be written legibly and stapled together securely.
