"Characteristics Bisets II"

Abstract: We continue our investigation of characteristic bisets in fusion theory. Last week we showed that every saturated fusion system has a characteristic biset, this time we prove the reverse implication: If a fusion system has a characteristic biset, then it must be saturated. As a consequence we will obtain the saturation of K-normalizer subsystems.
