"Metric Properties of Sets of Harmonic Measure Zero"

Abstract: It is impossible to characterize polar sets in terms of Hausdorff measures or densities of such measures. This follows from the papers by Nevanlinna and Ursell. We discuss these results and suggest a simple version of Ursell's construction.
