"Equivariant Homotopy Diagrams"

Abstract: In a joint work with Özgün Ünlü, we develop an obstruction theory for lifting equivariant diagrams to actual commutative diagrams. Our
motivation for this study is to build G-CW-complexes with controlled isotropy subgroups
which are homotopy equivalent
to product of spheres. One can use this obstruction theory to construct such a
complex from building blocks which are only known up to homotopy
by promoting them to an actual gluing data. In this talk, I will discuss one
such application.
