"On Fekete points for rarefied sets"

Abstract: We consider the problem of
distribution of Fekete points for compact sets. We give some examples of
rarefied sets when Fekete points can be shown explicitly. Next we discuss a
character of distribution of Fekete points for rarefied nonpolar Cantor-type
sets.
