“L-factors for symplectic group GSp(4)”

Abstract: Construction of the L-functions for the representations of the group GSp_4 over local and global fields, which allows for the definition of L and epsilon factors, was done by I.I. Piatetski-Shapiro by using Generalized Whittaker model. In this talk, I will discuss the computation of the local L-factors for all representations of GSp_4 over a nonarchemidean local field.
