Abstract:
In the present
talk we propose the fractional space technique in the local operator space
framework and show that that each local operator algebra
has realization as a fractional space. This approach allows to
formulate and prove noncommutative Albrecht-Vasilescu extension theorem, which in turn solves the
quantized moment problem.
