Lab Grades
The overall LAB averages for sections 09 and 10 are very close to each other;
however, for your information, I shall bring them exactly equal to each other.
Final Exams Announced
The average is 33.89 out of 100.
You can see your final papers today (May 31st) between 17:00-17:45.
Your letter grades will be available early tomorrow (June 1st) through saps.

- When will Final Exams be Announced?
I shall be out of twon for one week after the final date.

Note that, we have not covered the following sections on magnetic materials from Ch. 32: 32-3 to 32-8.
So, you are not responsible from these sections of Ch. 32.

- HW-7
Please solve the following questions from the textbook (HRW, 6th ed.) Ch.32-> 37, Ch.33-> 9, 10, 29, 45,
48, 57, 61. However, I shall not collect this HW.
- Make-up Class
To make-up for our 2-hour deficiency, we shall have a make-up class this Saturday (May 8th) between 10:40-12:30.
Let's meet at SAZ-18, we can move to a nearby class if there is an on-going exam there...
- Recitations
This week and next week there are the usual recitation hours: Thursday 17:40-18:40 (repeated on Friday 17:40-18:40)
in the usual SAZ-18.
I strongly suggest you to attend these hours to get more practise on the final subjects.

are announced; the average for both sections (09 and 10) is 58.7
You can see your MT-2 exam papers on Thursday (May 6th) between 14:30-16:30 in my office (cb).

- About Midterm-2
Exam will be on Tuesday, April 20th to start at 18:00 sharp; exam halls to be announced...
There will be four questions, one being out of our HW sets: HW-4, HW-5, or HW-6.
Midterm-2 subjects covered from our textbook (6th edition) are between Ch. 27 up to Ch. 31-5 (including).
No calculators will be necessary.
This period just before the exam is the best time to catch-up with the course, but please do not panic!
For your last-minute questions, I moved my office hour from Wednesday to Tuesday (the exam day) between 15:30-17:30.

For Section-10: Tuesday's class postponed
Due to exam in the evening, I anticipate very poor attendance, so we shall have our regular class on
Tuesday April 20th on a later date, to be announced (an evening or a Saturday). You can hand in your HW-6
solutions on Thursday, April 22nd.
